Comission Info

You can comission me via an email, or send me a dm via my Instragram main account. Make sure to read my TOS before comissioning me to prevent any confusion.

Usage & Rights

  • Commissions are for personal use only. You may use the artwork as a profile picture, banner, or similar, but commercial use is not allowed.

  • For commercial work, please contact me via email. Additional fees apply for commercial rights.

  • I retain full rights to all commissioned artwork. Uploading my work to any AI engine is strictly prohibited.

  • I reserve the right to post commissions on my social media unless requested otherwise. I may also include them in my portfolio.

  • Fanart commissions featuring characters from games, series, etc., may be used by me for physical prints and merchandise for my shop.

    Pricing & Payment

    • Listed prices reflect the base cost. The final price may vary based on details and complexity, and the time I put in such comission.

    • Payments are made via PayPal. I will send an invoice.

    • A 50% non-refundable deposit is required before I start. After you approve the sketch, the remaining balance must be paid in full before I proceed.

    • Cancellation & Refunds:

      • If you cancel before sketch approval, I will refund 25% of the total price.

      • If I am unable to complete the commission, a partial refund will be issued depending on progress (I will retain at least 25% of the total cost).

      • If I cancel due to rude, aggressive, or inappropriate behavior, you will receive a refund, but I will retain 50% of the total payment.

    Commission Process

    • I will provide progress updates at key stages (rough sketch, flat colors, and final check). If you haven’t received an update in a while, feel free to ask!

    • Please provide visual references. Non-visual references may result in additional fees or a declined request.

    • Commissions take time—please be patient. Rush orders with specific deadlines will incur additional fees.

    • I may decline a commission if I feel my skill level isn't suited for the request or if the subject matter is outside my scope.

    Revisions & Delivery

    • During the final check, you may request up to three (3) minor revisions for free. Additional revisions will require an extra fee.

    • Once the final version is approved, you will receive:

      • High-resolution PNG files of the artwork.

      • No physical product will be shipped.
